Carlton "Bud" Ryall, 79, of Panacea passed away at his home on Wednesday, March 23. He was a native of Knoxville, Tenn., he moved to Panacea in 1991. He served in the U.S. Navy and was an owner/operator of a jewelry store. He was an avid fisherman. Survivors include his wife, Claudette Ryall, son, Barry and daughter-in-law Tammy Ryall of Knoxville Tenn.; stepsons, Todd Heiskell and Mike Huffstetler.
