Harry Dennis Fuehrer III born April 7, 1970, passed away peacefully June 24, 2026.

He was a devoted, hardworking man whose greatest pride came from caring for the people he loved. Dennis was High school graduate who went on to become a highly respected and gifted Master Mechanic for 30+ years. He poured his heart into every vehicle he touched, he took immense pride in maintaining his work fleet, making sure every vehicle ran safely and reliably. His dedication didn’t stop when he clocked out. Friends and family knew they could count on him; he kept their cars running too, always making sure the people he loved were safe. It was his quiet way of protecting them.

His presence made life brighter, and his absence leaves an ache that words cannot fill His passing has truly left a big hole in the hearts of his loved ones.

Dennis is survived by his partner of 24 years Sarah J Honeycutt, his children Kathren & (Brian), Sarah A. Williamson (Joe), Roger Honeycutt (Charlein) and James Honeycutt (Holly) and 11 Grandbabies who he loves greatly, all of Jacksonville, FL

Brother: Ron Smith of Thomasville, GA not biological, but a true brother in every way.

Aunt “Judy” Julia DeAnnuntis (Marty), Lorna Stoddard (Gary), Uncle Arthur Fuehrer (Mary) all of Pennsylvania, Aunt Elaine Massaro of Suncity Center, FL. Many other Aunts and Uncles.

Along with many other family members he loved, even if not mentioned by name.

Dennis was preceded in death by Mother: Marlene Eunice (Tomasula) Wynn, Father: Harry Fuehrer II (Denny) and Stepfather: Troy Wynn who helped him pursue his love of mechanics Along with a brother-in-law Matthew.

Dennis valued privacy and lived his life quietly, with dignity. His circle was very small by choice; he built friendships cautiously, letting only a handful of people into his world. A few of those trusted relationships came from his years on the job, coworkers who earned his respect and became part of that tight, loyal circle he held close. Throughout his journey, Dennis was guided and supported by his longtime friend Mike Burgholzer. Mike’s steady encouragement helped shape Dennis into the extraordinary mechanic he became.

All who knew him will remember him for the kindness he gave so freely, the work ethic that defined him, and the love he showed.

A celebration of Dennis’ life will be held Monday, June 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Guerry Forbes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 10:00 AM.
