Lloyd Clifford Harvey

Lloyd Harvey, age 84, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 16, 2026. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and was a member of the Baptist faith.

Lloyd spent his entire working life as a mechanic and welder, a trade in which he was exceptionally skilled and took great pride. He was a hardworking and talented man who could seemingly fix or build just about anything.

Outside of his work, Lloyd enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. These pursuits brought him great enjoyment and provided many cherished memories throughout his life.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Mary Lee Harvey.

He is survived by his only son, Lex Harvey, and his husband, Charlie; his brother, Mitchell Harvey, and his wife, Dolores; his sister, Norma Jean Kovacs; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

As per Lloyd's wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service.

Though he will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones, his memory will live on in the many live touched and in the memories shared by those who knew and loved him.
